AskHRBot provides automated responses and suggestions. These are not legal or HR advice.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the Services if you misuse them or breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
